Tony,
When we
set out to find a wedding DJ none of us had any idea what to expect in the
way of prices, services offered, or really anything in general about the
entire deal. We looked at many sites and services, called around to every DJ
place we could find and were a bit baffled by the prices asked and all the
options listed on the websites. As little as we knew about what a quality DJ
should cost, we did however know that a bad DJ can destroy a good party.
Music is after all 90% of any gathering of more than 4 people.
We were
fortunate enough for Melissa (now my wife) to work with Jay. He in turn
introduced us to Tony. We didn't have a lot that we wanted in specific as
far as music aside from some rough guidelines on genres that we would prefer
and of course some special songs to be played in particular which at first
worried us about the final product. Those fears were grossly unnecessary.
Tony was a dream come true for our wedding. When announcing our entrance he
succeeded marvelously in jazzing it up and making it exciting without
crossing that fine line between fun and "over the top". All of the music
selections were fantastic and the specific songs were blended in so well as
to be indistinguishable that they were requested and didn't just belong in
the whole play set. Tony was definitely the heart and soul of what made our
wedding reception one of the best parties that I've ever been to. He kept
the whole joint moving and grooving the entire time and made the bouquet and
garter tosses an entertaining spectacle while remaining tasteful.
Should
anyone ever need a DJ for any occasion I would happily urge them to make
Tony their first choice when looking. The man is a master of his craft and
an asset to any gathering where the main objective is fun and enjoyment.
